Nina Graves-Hicks
, principal of Davis Aerospace Technical High School, a uniquely specialized Detroit
Public School that services high school students in grades 9-12. In fact, it is one of a few schools of its kind
in the entire United States and the only public school in the State of Michigan that has an approved Federal
Aviation Administration (FAA) curriculum coupled with an in-house fleet of aircraft that are owned, operated,
and serviced by its students and staff.

Gary J. Herrmann, Director of Business Development for Solar Systems Networking, Inc., which has been
in business in northeastern Ohio since 1994 providing project management, business analysis, technical

Judith A. Rice, President/CEO of Careers in Aviation, building partnerships across the country to make
differences in the lives of students and the aerospace industry. Careers in Aviation advances the future of
aviation careers through scholarship opportunities. Judy is a pilot and owner of a Grumman Tr2, she is
director to two national aerospace conferences: the National Conference on Aviation and Space Education
and the Leadership Conference on Aviation and Space Education.

Angie Slingluff brings a passion for aviation and informal teaching to her job as the FAA Alaskan Region
Aviation and Space Education Coordinator. She received her private pilot's license in 1991 and has been
active in the Ninety-Nines International Organization of Women Pilots. Angie is a member of the Alaska
Wing of the Civil Air Patrol and serves as the Alaska Wing External Aerospace Education Officer.  

Kathleen Yodice  is the managing partner of The Law Offices of Yodice Associates and is chiefly involved in
representing pilots and companies in aviation-related legal matters. Ms. Yodice joined private practice after
12 1/2 years as an attorney for the Federal Aviation Administration handling policy issues, enforcement
litigation, medical certification issues, and airport matters. She is a frequent lecturer and author on aviation
medical issues and aviation compliance and enforcement matters.
